This life-size portrait figure of Archbishop Desmond Tutu was commissioned for Bishops Diocesan College in 2026. The work honours a major South African religious and public figure through a full human presence rather than a conventional bust alone. Its institutional setting links the sculpture to education, faith and the social values associated with Tutu’s public life.
