This portrait memorial bust of Roald John Rudman was commissioned in 2022 by Elna Rudman Brokers CC. The work uses the traditional bust format to preserve the sitter’s identity and create a lasting memorial for his family and associates. Its purpose is personal and commemorative, while its sculptural treatment reflects Prinsloo’s broader practice of observed portraiture.
