This life-size memorial portrait bust of SANDF soldier Stanley Sidimela was commissioned in 2023 by his family. The work honours the sitter through a carefully focused likeness rather than through a dramatic narrative scene. Its formal bust format is suited to remembrance, giving the family a durable sculptural portrait of the person being commemorated.
